    A Moroccan avionic parts manufacturer had to increase its capacity
    produce and supply the increasing demand from Airbus and Boeing.

    Adex coordinated the California made CNC equipment to comply with
    the end-user requirements and delivered a turnkey project solution that included a 5 year loan of $ 9 Million under very favorable conditions.

    A Colombian / Dominican Republic group required the expansion
    of their cement and aggregate plants in a western province of the DR.


    Solution:

    Adex coordinated the $30 Million financing, funding, importation, installation and start-up support of a used cement plant from Russia
    including a 10 year semi-annual loan repayment program at a LIBOR
    based annual interest rate under very favorable conditions.

    A Panamanian company required the expansion of their helicopter
    fleet with the addition of two new Bell 412EP and two new Eurocopter
    EC-145 state of the art helicopters to be leased to customers/operators
    in South America

    logistics and training support for the four helicopters from the two
    different vendors including a 9 year semi-annual loan repayment
    program at a LIBOR based annual interest rate under favorable conditions.
